Sparkling disco balls, luxurious bell tents, idyllic scenery, cute ducks, and guilt-free sparkles - this was the lineup at our recent Glitter Makeup Artist Training at Marston Park Glamping site in Somerset.
Marston Park is a glamping site and is basically a 'playground for creativity with grown-up food & drink'. Amongst hosting Pikes luxury weekend parties, they have a whole host of summer events filled with art, music, wellness, and fun planned. The one thing missing....eco glitter! They wanted to add the final sparkle to their offer by training the team to be glitter artists, so they called in the experts....Eco Glitter Fun
Glitter Artist Training is back ...
After 18 months of not doing any training due to the big C (we won't ruin the vibe by mentioning its name), we are so happy to be back. And what an amazing place to kick off our training, Martson Park- it was THE best location. We stayed overnight in one of their glamping tents, which took camping to a whole new level. Idyllic views, wildlife, disco balls and lush bell tents - it was perfect for our weekend of training. Private Glitter Workshop
Following Covid safety guidelines, our private glitter training workshop was delivered to five wonderful employees from Marston Park, Led by our co-founders Sophie Awdry and Noemi Lamanna, they learned how to apply the most popular glitter makeup looks, from a glitter moon to the sunbeam. They also learned health and safety guidance, such as dealing with children and keeping brushes clean and hygienic. Throughout the training, they practiced different looks on each other and picked up tips and tricks directly from our experts, Sophie & Noemi who have been glittering at events for five years. Every person ended the course as a certified Eco Glitter Fun Glitter Makeup Artist
Marston Park, you're the best
Huge thanks to Marston Park for inviting us to train their lovely team in such perfect surroundings and comfort. It was the perfect atmosphere for our glitter training. Hosted by our co-founder, Sophie Awdry, you will leave this course with all the knowledge you need to be able to run your own glitter artist business or to simply showcase your super badass glitter skills at your next party.
